Sara Bayless, PhD is a Vice President at OMNI Institute and Managing Director for OMNI’s Center for Social Investment. Sara has over a decade of experience in rigorous research and evaluation with a focus on helping organizations advance their understanding of how individuals, families, and communities support economic security and advance well-being for all. Dr. Bayless has particular expertise in evidence building for Family Resource Centers (FRCs). She leads studies quantifying the social return on investment of FRCs to local child welfare systems, oversees statewide evaluations of FRCs, and was the Co-Investigator on Impact of Family Development Services on Family Health and Well-Being, a randomized controlled trial in FRCs funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Dr. Bayless completed a doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology from Fordham University and a postdoctoral research fellowship at Arizona State University.
