Robert L. Doore, Jr. ("Rides at the door"), is a

Business Executive, private business developer and owner. Robert was the highest ranking Native American

in Pro Sports and in Private Corporate sector. Doore served in corporate leadership for a Fortune 100 Company and large Healthcare firm, where he led efforts in Leadership Development, Corporate Partnerships, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, Community Investment,

Corporate Social Responsibility, Talent Acquisition, Tribal Intelligence and Relations.


Mr. Doore is the President & CEO of Chief Mountain Sports and Consulting and Sr. Advisor of Success Beyond Game Day, whose focus is working with athletes on careers after sports. He is the Sr. Advisor of Strategy and Development for Rise Above, a non-profit who seeks to empower Native youth to lead healthy lives despite the challenges. Robert is member of the Board of Directors of the Latino Leadership Institute who is focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and elevating Latino talent. Additionally, he has been handpicked to serve on the Colorado Thought Leaders Board of Advisors, who are made up of CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders committed to changing the traditional approach to business & leadership and recently appointed to the Association of Latin Professionals for America Denver Board of Advisors – all of which are based out of Denver, Colorado.


Robert is a featured public speaker for the national firm, “Walt’s Cloud” which features talent from the Film Industry, Media, and Pro Sports and Entertainment. Mr. Doore is the former Chairman of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce. He is a proud member of the Blackfeet Nation and proud of his Hispanic heritage.


Robert is the highest-ranking Native American in the National Football League since Jim Thorpe was the NFL President in 1920, as the Director of Guest Experience in Washington, D.C. Mr. Doore was selected as the Keynote Speaker for the TEDxBillings, a local TEDTalk event, focused on his “Journey from the Reservation to the NFL”. Robert is an inductee to the Montana Pro Football Hall of Fame where his speech led to launch the Speak Up Symposium, which focuses on discussing mental fitness. Mr. Doore brings over 15 years of experience in the private and public business sectors. A former Public Affairs Director and International Ambassador bringing a perspective on issues facing Indigenous people. Robert has worked with Tribal, local, state, and national government agencies and has sat on National Boards for Minority Businesses, Children and Families, and International Sports. Mr. Doore is an educated professional with a background that includes Associates Degree from Blackfeet Community College, where he is a proud alumnus of a tribal college. Robert holds a B.S. in Business Management and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of Mary.


Robert is a proud father of 4, 1 grandbaby, and husband to Angelique. He was honored as 2024 Father of the Year by the Global Families and Fathers in Los Angeles, California. A former basketball official for nearly 17 years and when not at a sporting event, traveling or working, you will find him coaching youth sports and actively engaged in community events
